Dear Players and Members of the L2Chronicles Community,
From May to October 2025, the Sedona Projects – L2Chronicles network operated in testing phase.
During this period, we made tremendous progress — implementing new features, developing unique NPC systems, and refining gameplay across all servers and the website.
Every week brought us closer to our vision of a living, evolving Sedona world.
Unfortunately, on October 8, 2025, our infrastructure suffered a severe ransomware attack that affected all four game servers
(Sayha, Sieghardt, Lionna, and Devianne) as well as the official website.
As a result, all current data was lost, including characters, accounts, and in-game economy records.
Thankfully, we had a backup dated September 26, 2025, which allowed us to partially restore the system and essential data.
This backup now serves as the foundation for rebuilding the entire Sedona ecosystem.
Current Status

The servers and website are running in a partially restored state.

All progress made after September 26, 2025 has unfortunately been lost.

Restoration and reconfiguration are actively in progress.

Some functions (rankings, statistics, registration system) may not yet be available.
What Happens Next
Our development team is fully focused on stability, data integrity, and long-term security:

A new multi-layer backup system (local + cloud redundancy) is being implemented.

Each game server is being brought back online gradually and carefully.

The website and administrative systems are being rebuilt from the ground up, with stronger protection and modern infrastructure.
